“KNOCKING DOWN WALLS”: A Documentary Screening at Moton Museum

Embark on a historical journey with the Robert Russa Moton Museum on April 22nd, 2024, at 7:00 PM, as we host a special screening of “Knocking Down Walls: The Deliberate Speed of Harrisonburg’s Federal Court.” This documentary, crafted by Spotswood High School students, illuminates the struggles and triumphs of Virginia’s school desegregation, featuring first-hand narratives from those who experienced this pivotal era. Join us for an evening of reflection and discourse on civil rights history.

Admission is free and open to the public.
