Moton provides a wide variety of opportunities to connect with our museum and share the Moton Museum story.

Moton Annual Fund

The Moton Museum is Virginia’s only civil rights museum dedicated to promoting and preserving the civil rights history of Prince Edward County and the leading role its citizens played in advancing equality for all.

Moton Family Challenge

Each year we join together to honor the families whose school-age children were at the center of our 1951-1964 fight for civil rights in education. Donations support Moton Museum educational and scholarship related activities.
