Kick off the holiday season at the Moton Museum, Monday, December 9th, from 5:30 to 7:30PM! The Moton Council invites you to join them for great food, music and fellowship at its annual Holiday Social & Open House.
This free event is open to the community and includes free tours and a Prince Edward County Elementary School holiday art exhibition. All are welcome.
The Moton Council is the community outreach and advisory arm of the Moton Museum. Among its 20 members are representatives from (listed alphabetically) Centra Southside Community Hospital, County of Prince Edward, Farmville Area Chamber of Commerce, Fuqua School, Hampden-Sydney College, Martha E. Forrester Council, Prince Edward County Branch NAACP, Prince Edward County Public Schools, Longwood University, Town of Farmville, and Virginia’s Retreat.
