Firemen’s Sports Arena, Farmville VA 

The Robert R. Moton Museum is proud to present the inaugural Barbara Johns Day celebration. We welcome anybody who wishes to take part in the celebration to join us at the Firemen’s Sports Arena in Farmville, Virginia for an afternoon of fun for guests of all ages, including a bouncy house, a free drawing station, sports equipment, lots of free food and a DJ will be providing musical entertainment. The Barbara Johns Musical written by a Prince Edward County School teacher will be performed at 2:00 p.m. and at 3:00 p.m. by Prince Edward High School Students.

The Inaugural Barbara Johns Day celebration will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 22nd, 2018. The Firemen’s Sports Arena is located at 1328 Zion Hill Road, Farmville, VA.
