Del. Viola Baskerville will be visiting the R.R. Moton Museum this Thursday, March 6, at 4 p.m. The public is invited to visit the museum and speak with Del. Baskerville.
Del. Baskerville successfully introduced a resolution in the General Assembly this year in which the legislature expressed its “profound regret” over the closing of the schools in Prince Edward from 1959 to 1964.
The delegate will be speaking at Wygal Auditorium at Longwood University at 7:30 Thursday Night.
