On Monday, July 30th the Moton Museum dedicated its new flag poles during a front lawn flag raising ceremony.  The dedication honored the service of former Moton Museum president, Lt. Gen. Samuel V. Wilson, and all U.S. military veterans for their role in protecting American rights and freedoms.

The flags, flagpoles and installation were made possible by the ‘Honoring General Sam Fund’ and the Thomas Hardy Graham VFW Post 7059.
